Delete your data

A. With the app

1. Open Settings → Move & keep garden → Show garden key.
2. Write down the key (e.g. ABCD-EFGH-JK).
3. Email sungwony0906@gmail.com with your request and the key.

Only want AI chat off? Withdraw consent in the Parent Space → Guardian consent — it takes effect right away.

B. Without the app (email only)

1. If you linked a guardian email (“keep with email”), email us from that address, or tell us that address.
2. We find the garden linked to it, confirm with you by reply, and delete it.
3. No key and no linked email? Write anyway with what you remember (device, about when you played, nicknames). If we can’t match a garden, we’ll tell you honestly — an anonymous garden with no key can’t be told apart from others.

What we delete

• The anonymous account ID and the server copy of game progress
• What your child wrote in the game: hero and pet nicknames, birthday (month/day), diary, wishes and mood notes
• The friend’s one-line chat summaries (memories)
• The linked guardian email
• Feedback and AI-reply reports sent from the Parent Space, if you ask

What stays, and for how long

• Guardian consent record (time, method, version, choices, email): 1 year after withdrawal, to prove consent was handled.
• Purchase records: contract/withdrawal and payment records 5 years, dispute records 3 years (Korean e-commerce law). Payment details stay with Google.
• Anonymous usage stats: contain no account ID, device ID or name, so they can’t be linked to your child; single entries are folded into daily counts after 30 days.
• Online room records (if used): removed about 1 day after the room ends.
